Manuna Grabarnick
Manuna Grabarnick (b. 1990, Siberia, Russia) is a multidisciplinary artist whose work delves into themes of gender freedom, body autonomy, and the fluidity of identity. Employing mixed media—including drawing, photography, and installation art—she utilizes experimental techniques such as layering and speculative scientific imagery to create interactive and thought-provoking compositions.
In 2024, she participated in the Get Art Fit Art Residency. In 2023, her work was featured in the Art Calendar: Chislenichek. In 2020, she took part in the exhibition Consciousness of the Unconscious.
Manuna earned her degree in Philology from the Siberian Federal University in 2013 and later completed the Sexing the Canvas: Art and Gender course at The University of Melbourne in 2021.
Now living in Cyprus, Manuna remains committed to investigating women’s corporeality and its role in shaping identity and experience in her art.
